Santa now using Quest for gift requests!

We’re thrilled to welcome Kris Kringle LLC as the newest Quest subscribers! They made a list of requirements (and checked it twice), and they are now able to support billions of gift requestors in one workstream alongside independently managed toy orders for hundreds of elves in another. The custom list functionality ensures only the fields appropriate to the specific request channel are displayed and workstream-specific workflow rules for when each value is required. And the linked request feature allows them to associate requests within the system, giving the lustre of midday to related tickets.

Headquartered at the North Pole, they’ll be using Quest to help spread cheer globally with a hosted deployment. The same environment they used during their trial period was promoted to production in order to keep all the custom notifications and configurations in place, which was good for goodness’ sake.

For extra-long wishlists, Quest v10 includes both a new collapsible request display as well as reversible comment order. Lastly, the Quest Roadmap has been updated to go through Q1, including the gift of a new All Requests view and a Reports interface redesign (although it probably won’t include dancing sugar-plums unless requested by more than just this firm).
